Meatballs

- 1 c Rice
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 2 t grated onion
- 1 Egg, slightly beaten
- 2 t Salt
- 1 t Pepper
- ¼ t margarine
- 2 8 oz cans Tomato Sauce
- ½ c Water
- 1 t Sugar
- Combine both cans of tomato sauce with water and sugar
- Combine all meatball ingredients with ½ c of the sauce
- Reserve remaining sauce
- Shape into 2-3 inch balls
- Place meatballs into skillet and pour remaining sauce over the meatballs
- Bring to a boil
- Reduce heat and cover
- Simmer for 15 minutes basting occasionally
