Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Balls
My mom has been making these chocolate covered peanut butter balls ever since I can remember. They are a family favorite made even more special because they are only made during Christmas time.
Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Balls

Yummy peanut butter balls everyone will enjoy
Ingredients
Peanut Butter Balls
- 1 c Butter
- 1 can Coconut
- 1 c Chopped pecans
- ½ pk Graham crackers
- ½ c Crunchy peanut butter
- ½ c Powdered sugar
- 1 t Vanilla
Glaze
- ½ block Cake of paraffin (2 oz)
- 8 oz Semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Peanut Butter Balls
- Melt butter
- Mix all peanut butter balls ingredients together
- Form into bite-size balls
- Chill balls in fridge overnite
Glaze
- Using a double boiler, melt paraffin
- Once paraffin is fully melted add chocolate chips
- Heat paraffin and chocolate chips until mixture is smooth
- Using a toothpick dip each ball into glaze and slide off onto wax paper
Notes
Keep glaze warm so it does not harden while dipping the balls. You can use any excess glaze to make a candy bar by simply pouring it into a mold or dish and refrigerating until solid.
